Shutter Island is Great
The Shutter Island Audiobook is absolutely worth getting.
Here's a great review of the Shutter Island Audiobook
The story involves two U.S. Marshall's investigating an escape from a hospital for the criminally insane. The hospital is located on Shutter Island just off the coast of Massachusetts. It's, of course, a dark and stormy night and nothing on the island is what it seems. When a single on the Marshall's goes missing, the main character, Teddy Daniels, must go on alone. But the closer Teddy gets towards the truth, the much more elusive it becomes, plus the extra he begins to believe that they might never leave Shutter Island simply because someone is trying to drive them insane. The extra Teddy learns about Shutter Island the extra determined he is to get out and turn the whole thing over for the FBI so they can investigate the place - but the staff seems increasingly intent on not permitting Teddy to leave at all.
Dennis Lehane writes with 1 plot twist after an additional producing a compelling psychological thriller that will leave listeners in suspense proper up for the end. The end in the audio book is often a complete surprise and shows Lehane's skill as a author. The last part in the audio book is an absolute stunner and when you're done you might just feel breathless from the ending of this chilling tale.
Tom Stechschulte does an incredible job of bringing this scary story to life. It's a efficiency that grabs your attention and doesn't let go - a tribute towards the skills of this fabulous writer and a excellent narrator. I'm glad I listened on the audiobook performance proper before the movie came out. Following seeing the trailer with Leonardo DiCaprio as Teddy, it made the audio book performance even additional satisfying. This is often a excellent audiobook. This audiobook makes you think and keeps you wondering all the way until the end. Absolutely, get this audiobook. You will NOT be disappointed.

King Tut Died From Broken Leg
Just saw this on NPR- King Tut died from a broken leg. Wow, that would suck.
"A study from the Journal of the American Medical Association found that King Tutankhamun died from complications from a broken leg exacerbated by malaria."
